WARRANTY:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All protective headgear comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.

Our protective headgear is not designed to protect the wearer from all possible impacts. It is designed to lessen the impact and provide protection against lacerations. The manufacturer makes no warranty that the product will prevent injury and takes no responsibility for injuries suffered by the wearer.

This headgear should not be used if damaged in any way.
